RATES AND BOOKING

2(3) BDR/ 1 BA Luxury Vacation Home
Ideal for 2 to 4 adults - accommodates up to 6

$ 395 per night up to 4 adults
- $95 per night for each additional adult
- Children under 12 not recommended
- Small well-behaved ‘lapdogs’ will be considered

 

  • 2 night minimum stay
  • 3 night minimum stay required for: New Years’, Easter, Memorial Day,
    July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and special events weekends.
  • 10% discount for 7 night stays
  • Additional fees include a 9% Sonoma County Bed Tax
  • Detailed cleaning, laundry, and reset fee - $145
  • 15% discount during 'off-season' (January 5-February 28)

  • 50% of rental fee is required to confirm reservation.
  • A refundable deposit of $350, the $145 cleaning fee, the 9% bed tax, plus the remainder of the rental fee are required at least 30 days in advance of arrival.
  • Cancellation notice must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for full refund.
  • Arrival: after 3:00 p.m. Departure: by 11:00 a.m.
  • Smoking outside only!
  • Directions provided in booking package.
  • Sorry – due to safety and health concerns, NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 OR PETS.
